Job summary

The Lakes of Paducah is seeking compassionate Part-Time Resident Assistants for 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am). Join a warm senior living community where your care and presence matter, with Daily Pay and growth opportunities within Allegro Living.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, dining support, and documentation, while upholding safety and HIPAA requirements. CNA/PCA certified candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service environment preferred.
• CNA or PCA certificate preferred; CNA may be required in some states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Must meet applicable state certification and licensure requirements.
• Care for seniors with empathy and memory-impaired care experience preferred.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.
• Must be 18+ and pass background health screenings and drug-free requirements.
• Reliable transportation and, where required, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist in dining rooms.
• Respond promptly to emergency call systems.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain resident care documentation per state regulations and policies.
• Assist with resident transportation when required.
• Follow safety, infection control, HIPAA, and residents’ rights rules.
• Assist with light cleaning, laundry, and room upkeep as needed.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
