Charter Senior Living of Pekin is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Resident Care Associate for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). This part-time role supports residents in assisted living or memory care, delivering respectful, person-centered care and fostering meaningful connections with residents and families.

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
