Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a compassionate, respectful environment. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help create a safe, welcoming atmosphere for seniors.

The role emphasizes quality of life, family communication, and enriching experiences for memory care residents, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within a certified Great Place to Work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
