Job summary

Sunshine Retirement Living is seeking a Caregiver for an on-site senior living community in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls Area. You will provide compassionate daily care including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, and meal support while encouraging independence.

Responsibilities include observing health changes, following care plans, and coordinating with nursing and leadership to maintain a safe environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely assist with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Strong communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Dependable, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Support daily living activities and escort to meals or events.
• Observe changes in health or behavior and report to leadership.
