Job summary

Peaceful Pines Senior Living - Huron is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and provide companionship in a respectful, person-centered manner.

Join a team devoted to safety, empathy, and dignity. Flexible schedules, ability to lift and assist, and adherence to health guidelines are required; training provided.

Qualifications

• TB test submission per state regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in caregiving (lifting, bending, standing).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide care that promotes safety, dignity, independence and personal choice.
• Offer companionship and emotional presence to residents.
• Record vital signs and observe changes in residents' condition.
• Engage residents in meaningful interactions and social activities.
• Communicate changes in health or care needs to nursing leadership.
• Support a positive, team-based care environment.
• Follow all policies, procedures and infection control guidelines.
