Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to assist residents with daily living activities, meals, and personal care in a warm, homelike senior living community.

You will help with housekeeping tasks, transfers, and mobility, keep environments safe, and report changes to your supervisor. A post-offer physical, TB test, drug screening, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screenings such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Observe residents for safety and report any changes to supervisor.
