Open Arms Solutions seeks a Senior Caregiver for a one-on-one home care assignment in Lisle, IL, offering day or evening shifts. You will support seniors with daily activities and provide companionship in a defined schedule.

The role welcomes applicants with CNA/HHA/DSP backgrounds or related caregiving experience, including those without CNA certification. Reliable transportation and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience within the past 2 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to the Lisle, IL assignment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Support mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare meals and support hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Complete light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
