Job summary

Open Arms Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Caregiver for a one-on-one home care assignment in Lisle, Illinois. The role covers daytime or evening shifts with reliable commute to Lisle.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of professional senior caregiving experience, and may come from CNA/HHA/DSP backgrounds. CNA certification is not required. The position offers growth and a chance to provide dignified, compassionate care close to home.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience within the past 2 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to the Lisle, IL assignment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in senior care, home care, personal care, assisted living, or related caregiving settings (CNA/HHA/DSP backgrounds welcome). CNA certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Support mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and encourage adequate hydration
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Complete light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
