Belmont Village Senior Living Geneva Road in Illinois is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, physically active environment while delivering exceptional hospitality.

CNA license is not required, but applicants with a CNA credential or relevant caregiving experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English communication required.
• Reliability and teamwork are essential.
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services and report changes to supervisors.
