Experience in senior care is required, with duties including bathing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Personal care tasks including bathing, grooming and dressing; meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisor.
• Escort clients to appointments and assist with errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe care environment.
• Implement proper behavior management techniques when necessary.
