Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to join our team. The role provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe, home-like environment and promoting residents' well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, helping residents stay independent, maintaining clean rooms, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. CNA preferred; HS diploma required; must be 18+. EOE.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
