Job summary

Amada Senior Care Northshore is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist seniors with daily living activities and maintain comfort and safety. You will perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation support as needed.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid training and a referral program. Valid ID and 1 year of experience are required to join our caring team in the North Suburbs of Chicago.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status.
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.
