Job summary

Amada Senior Care Northshore seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring comfort and wellbeing. You will provide companionship, assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

Openings are in the North/Northwest suburbs. Requirements include at least 1 year of caregiving experience; valid ID.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience minimum.
• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments is preferred.
• High standard of personal and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status.
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.
