At Your Side Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team in Houston. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being in a warm, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping, while documenting any changes to the supervising team. A dedicated, reliable individual with a valid driver's license and background check is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.
• Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
