Qualifications

• 1 year caregiving experience.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Computer literacy and ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by RN per care plan.
• Take and record vitals as instructed and report changes to RN.
• Document services in the charting system.
• Assist with personal care tasks and light housekeeping.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
