Griswold is seeking a part-time caregiver in Mishawaka, IN to provide compassionate, non-medical care and home companionship for seniors. The role offers flexible hours, including day and night shifts, with opportunities to train and grow within the company.

You will help with daily tasks, maintain client dignity, and support independence in familiar surroundings. Thorough shift notes and routine office communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of home care experience is a plus.
• We are willing to train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elderly care and home companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as laundry, groceries, and meal preparation.
• Help with personal hygiene, bathing and feeding as needed.
• Offer dementia- or cognitive-impairment support and compassionate companionship.
• Complete shift documentation and communicate client needs to the office.
