Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Northlake, IL. Roles are available FT/PT with in-person work, offering paid training and flexible hours. You will provide non-medical assistance, reminders, mobility support, and daily living tasks following established care plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior home care experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be reliable and compassionate with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Support clients with errands, shopping, and transportation as required.
• Follow care plans and report issues to the Care Coordinator promptly.
• Support client safety and well-being, including during emergencies.
