Zusammenfassung

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and related services to residents, under the Healthcare Coordinator. Certification as a Nurse's Aide is preferred but not required.

You will record vitals, assist with daily living activities, and ensure ISPs are followed while maintaining HIPAA and safety standards. Opportunities for training and growth are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of medication management course.
• Ability to follow Individual Service Plans and ISP documentation.

Aufgaben

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations to the supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and nutrition.
• Follow ISPs and daily task sheets; communicate status changes to supervisors.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safe resident environments.
• Encourage resident engagement in activities and document progress.
