Responsibilities include maintaining clean rooms, assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and engaging residents in life enrichment activities; CNA certification preferred; strong communication and customer service essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and coworkers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
