Mosaic Gardens at Surprise seeks a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a senior living community. You will support daily activities, monitor health, and document care with accuracy, ensuring residents live each day with dignity and joy.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and communicate in English, and a patient, empathetic approach. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range‑of‑motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
