Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care to our senior residents. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and looking for meaningful work in senior living, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, support meals, document care, and follow safety guidelines. We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; CPR/First Aid training is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Document care accurately and timely
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members
