Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group in Ohio is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA/Caregiver to care for seniors, report changes to the supervising nurse, and support daily living activities. A self-starter with initiative is preferred.

Qualifications include CNA or STNA certification, English proficiency, and the ability to work well within a team. Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• CNA or STNA certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with geriatric care needs.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans.
• Observes residents and reports to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.
