Westmont of Encinitas, part of Westmont Living, is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER for AM/PM shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, meals, and personal care in a homelike Assisted Living setting.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate compassion and ability to assist residents with ADLs.
• Prior caregiving or eldercare experience preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks (hygiene, dressing, meals, mobility) and light housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment for residents.
• Observation and timely reporting of changes in resident condition to supervisor.
