Responsibilities

• Provide personal services to residents as assigned per Service Plans.
• Assist with medications and treatments as indicated and allowed.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safe environment.
• Support residents with meals and social/recreational activities.
• Review resident Service Plans and logs to monitor needs.
• Respond to emergencies and report changes per procedures.
