Eden Vista Mobile in Mobile, AL, seeks a Transportation Driver to shuttle residents between Eden Vista Mobile and Eden Vista Heritage Woods. Hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and the role requires careful, respectful assistance with residents and accurate paperwork.

You will accompany residents to appointments, assist with transfers using a wheel chair lift, maintain resident privacy, and communicate with the Transportation Coordinator and nursing staff to ensure a safe,

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Able to read and follow written directions.
• Able to communicate with residents and co-workers in a friendly manner.
• Holds a valid Alabama driver's license.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents into/out of the van.

Responsabilités

• Cover two facilities: Eden Vista Mobile and Eden Vista Heritage Woods.
• Review appointments with the transportation coordinator each morning.
• Prepare residents for travel with clean, weather-appropriate attire.
• Escort residents to appointments and assist with van transfers.
• Relay hospital/doctor instructions to nursing staff.
• Ensure resident care, rights, and privacy are maintained.
• Communicate any resident or transportation concerns to the team
