IVY PARK AT BURBANK, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hosting a hiring event for a Care Provider. No prior experience required; training provided. Roles include AM and PM shifts with full-time and part-time options and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination and adherence to safety protocols to prevent spread of diseases.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
