Job summary

The Care Provider role at Oakmont Management Group in San Ramon, California, offers opportunities to support residents with daily living activities in a respectful, compassionate environment. Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with elderly residents.
• Good written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screenings (TB, etc.).
• May require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Report any observed changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with colleagues.
