Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking Care Attendants to support residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and housekeeping while delivering compassionate care in a faith-based community.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respect, and service, with opportunities to work across care levels and contribute to residents’ quality of life. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Give assistance to residents in activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and daily living activities.
• Assist residents with daily activities.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping and maintain residents’ room clean and orderly.
• Assist dietary staff with serving meals in dining room and observe residents while eating.
• Arrange for and deliver meal trays for room service as needed and return trays to kitchen when meal is over.
• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
• Be cross trained to work in all levels of care (AL, SNF, memory care).
