Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking Care Attendant Non Certified to assist residents in activities of daily living across assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. You will support dining, laundry and room maintenance while providing compassionate care in a faith‑based environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and genuine compassion for senior adults. This role offers a supportive team and opportunities across care levels.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience for senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Give assistance to residents in activities, dining, light housekeeping, and activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with daily activities.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping and keep residents’ rooms clean and orderly.
• Assist dietary staff with serving meals, ensure residents attend dining room and observe during meals.
• Arrange for and deliver meal trays to rooms and return trays to kitchen.
• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
• Be cross-trained to work in all levels of care (AL, SNF, memory care).
