Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of general caregiving or nurse assistant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life of senior residents.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including personal care tasks and safety monitoring.
• Support dining and daily activities, encouraging social engagement and independence.
• Document changes in resident condition and contribute to care planning.
• Communicate kindly with families, team members, and supervisors.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols; maintain a positive team environment.
