Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides care and services such as medication administration, healthcare services, activities of daily living assistance and other duties.
• Assists residents with self-administration of medications and with bathing and maintaining cleanliness.
• Helps residents with dressing, transferring, mobility and toileting needs.
• Obtains vital signs accurately and reports health status changes.
• Follows OSHA and CDC guidelines and SDS for chemical handling and infection control.
