Job summary

All-American-Assisted-Living in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate Wellness team members to provide personal care, assistance, supervision, and companionship to residents. You will help residents maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while following individualized service plans and safety procedures.

Massachusetts training is required, and you will join a supportive team with flexible scheduling and meaningful work serving older adults.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to resident care.
• Ability to follow service plans and safety procedures.
• English communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide meal assistance and social engagement with residents.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and document care.
