Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year scheduling experience with an EHR preferred.
• 1 year front desk experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule therapy appointments for Behavioral Health staff.
• Track and manage clinical paperwork.
• Request and release client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line telephone system.
• Enter accurate information into the electronic health record (EHR).
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting clients and families.
• Provide office coverage at other Child Focus locations as needed, including Brown County and Hamilton County.
