Qualifications

• Active state RN license in Washington or eligible.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and policies.
• Plan nursing interventions based on individual needs and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per center policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress accurately.
• Coordinate resident rehabilitation with therapists to meet goals.
