Job summary

Haida Nursing and Rehab in Hastings, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities in a warm, community-driven setting.

The RN will develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitor resident conditions, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely interventions and seamless transitions of care for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license and certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
