Job summary

The role requires collaboration with residents and the healthcare team, accurate medication administration, and adherence to safety procedures and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience as RN in a nursing community preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with physicians and therapists.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team.
• Record medication administration.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed.
