Job summary

• Formulates a goal directed plan of care prioritized based on nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.
• Implements care in a knowledgeable, skilled manner to reach patient outcomes.
• Maintains CPR/ACLS certification.
• Works as part of a team in delivering patient care.
