Job summary

Easton Health Care Center in Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. Qualified candidates hold a current RN license, have at least 1 year of experience, and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license (state)
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to staff
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned
