Qualifications

• 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing from a state accredited school (Required).
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Preferred).
• 1+ years Nursing Experience (Preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patient(s) and respective family according to established standards and practices.
• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation.
• Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
• Identifies the expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
• Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives for expected outcomes.
• Implements the identified plan.
• Evaluates the progress toward attainment of outcomes.
• Documents care and communicates changes to the care team.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to hospital policies.
