Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Provide ongoing assessment and revise care plans as patient condition changes.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
