Job summary
Madrid Home for the Aging in Iowa seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our award-winning team. You will provide resident care, communicate with physicians and supervise nursing assistants in a supportive, faith-based environment.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a state board-approved nursing program.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- This is an hourly position; weekend and holiday availability required.
- Exceptional attendance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicates resident needs with physicians and supervisor.
- Supervises CNAs and assists with data gathering for resident assessments.
- Maintains awareness of residents' condition and safety.
- Administers medications, treatments, and physician orders with accuracy.
- Coordinates admission planning and involves families in care planning.
