Job summary

Crestview Specialty Care, a 65-bed skilled nursing and long-term care community in West Branch, IA, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. Shifts available: 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM, FT & PT; competitive wages with shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Iowa is required.
CPR certification required to respond effectively in emergencies.
Experience or knowledge of long-term care regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in health status.
Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance policies.
