Qualifications

• RN license valid in Iowa with good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Empathy, respect, patience, and discretion in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
