Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments and document in MAR/TAR as required.
• Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to physicians/providers promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and transitions of care; supervise CNAs and other staff as appropriate.
• Support fall prevention, skin care, infection control, and overall resident safety.
