Murphy Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care under supervision. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assisting in care plans.

The nurse will support long-term/geriatric patients, document thoroughly, and maintain patient confidentiality in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have an accredited LPN program, a valid state license, and at least 1 year of LPN experience.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Current and valid LPN license in the state of employment.
• 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Provide basic patient care including wound care, catheterization, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
