Job summary

Allure of Geneseo is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs for Part-Time positions in Geneseo, IL. The facility offers 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for Part-Time roles, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities include delivering direct resident care, administering treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the physician or supervising nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, treatments, and observations
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
• Participate in in-services and continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned
