Job summary
Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bessemer, Alabama, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
- Support residents with daily care needs when needed
- Participate in care planning and family meetings
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Help train and support new nursing staff
