Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Kentucky seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; administer medications and treatments; coordinate with an interdisciplinary team; and provide education to residents and families, while upholding our faith-based, servant-leadership culture and ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
• Strong communication and caregiving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan resident care; implement interventions and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education to residents and families and maintain accurate documentation.
