Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome).
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including medications and wound care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions and health risks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, medications, and treatments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with dietary team to tailor nutritional plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
