Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Rhode Island Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards.
• Ability to care for patients across the life span with development and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes and reports deviations from patient conditions and established norms.
• Reports patient responses to treatments and documents nursing interventions.
• Provide basic comfort and support; involve patient and family in care decisions.
• Plan priorities, seek guidance as needed, and manage emergencies.
